hi, my friend was told (by her mum) about ovarian cancer. she said it's a silent killer and they have developed some sort of vaccine for it that you can only take if you havn't had sex. is this real? or just some plot by her mum to stop her having sex? has anyone heard of this? it sounds dodgy to me.
thanks

its a vaccine called Gardasil and its a HPV vaccine. Its for girls aged 9-15 and young women up to the age of 26 and consists of 3 vaccinations. Hope that helps :)
ps. It only prevents cervical cancer :)
