I tried it but I didn't get on with it because you have to eat little and often, which didn't suit my lifestyle at the time. It is very straightforward though, and they will work out your shopping list for the week, depending on which supermarket you go to. My friend has lost over a stone on it, so I'm sure it's worth a try, as long as you can commit to sticking to it rigidly.
