I have stiffness in my tongue since a jaw problem arose some weeks ago - difficulty speaking and swallowing very frightening feels like choking when there's now response from my tpngue when I try to swallow. Lots of tingling and numbness when I use heat on my jaw. Wake in the morning can't feel my teeth coming together at the back or the roof of my mouth. No neurological problem
