Oh help. I want to buy some trainers to help me with my exercise programme whichis mostly on a treadmill and cross trainer. But there's a huge range out there and I have no idea how to choose - and there are no shops round here that I can find where they are able to give informed advice. Any suggestions?
As Philandlil said, you need to speak to the lady/man in the shop about what you need the trainers for, but for treadmill and cross training, make sure you go for a running shoe and not a flat bottomed leisure shoe.
