lets all have cajun cod at some point over the week-end .
many variant recipies, but i just marinate the cod in garlic , chillies ,curry powder and a little turmeric .

place on baking tray and
grill ,or oven cook & serve with new potatoes , baby corn & snap peas . drizzle with butter , mmm...

try it once and you'll be hooked !!

B.B.you are the answer to my prayers ..having been told to diet by my doctor this sounds delish and not fattening.I shall forego the butter and sweetcorn !!
By the way I left the recipe for the meat pudding on an old Q&P thread of yours.Don't know if you saw it or not.If you would still like it I can repost for you.

Well I won't tempt you then !! She says as she sits here with a bowl of porridge (skimmed Milk) and imagines it's a suet pudding !!

Sounds good...but try it with Coley, or Pollack, or Halibut...we should try and steer clear of cod whilst the stocks are so desperately depleted.
