I can understand you changing your clocks on different dates to those of us in Europe. I can understand you coordinating your changes with those in the USA. But having some provinces that use daylight saving time but other provinces (or even parts of provinces) that don't simply seems like a recipe for utter chaos to me!

Australia is similar Chris - not all states/territories change at the same time and Queensland for some strange reason is half an hour time difference from NSW and Victoria

Arizona doesn't do daylight saving.

Except for the Navajo Nation, inside Arizona, which does.

Except for the Hopi Reservation, inside the Navajo Nation, which doesn't.

Adelaide is the closest city to Broken Hill which is approximately north of Adelaide. Hence the same time zone.

Setting a clock ahead 11 hours would be the same as setting it back 1 hour:)
