Good for the police.

There is a dreadful story (for which I will not give a link) of a greyhound that died after a "professional" dog carer walked it in very high temperature at noon, last Tuesday. The dog fitted and was taken to the vet but could not be saved. The owner was on holiday.

I had a Google about safe temperatures, just to check. And it said only really up to 19 degrees.
