Weight Training, My Strength Has Gone In Just 1 Month

i was training everyday untill recently i went on holiday for 1 month, done nothing only lounge around etc.....now hit gym this morning and my strength has been completely zapped, its like starting all over since i was a kid.

is this normal

Will be like that for a few sessions until muscle memory kicks in!

Best to start at a lower intensity if you've been out for more than 2 weeks. I also find if i've been drinking a lot whilst away it's even worse!
I was told, at the gym, it takes 6 weeks to gain fitness, 6 days to lose it.
see all this keep fit is not good for you !!! lol
