Can these be taken together well not exactly together I took the citalopram this morning and need to take anti histamine now tia

It depends which antihistamine you are wishing to take.
Both astemizole and mizolastine are NOT safe to take with citalopram.

My GP prescribes me Citalopram, AND Loratadine.

Tesco sells generic forms of both (one pack is orangey-yellow, the other - "Non-drowsy" - is mainly blue). I switch from one to the other on a regular basis, with no ill effects.
