Well it's 4am n I'm still wide awake with stomach ache. It's sort of like hunger pains but stronger and towards the lower right side. Not sharp or severe but enough to keep me awake. I'm feeling quite sick too.
I've not ate anything dodgey n I've not been out to catch a bug

I keep getting feelings like a baby is kicking inside me- mad I know but only way I can describe it. Sort of feels like 30 weeks pregnant kicks. No I'm not I've checked neither am I wanting to be n trying to convince myself I am

I had my gallbladder removed last July and a 6cm dermoid cyst from my left ovary in nov. but had no pain in those places since ops until now.

Anyone have any suggestions ? Please don't say wind. I'm 28 I've had a baby n 2 operations, I know if I just need to fart or not lol

I suspect it could be something to do with the gallbladder surgery from last year, so I've copied and pasted this from a site:

LIFE AFTER GALLBLADDER SURGERY

Abdominal pain, nausea, gas, bloating, and diarrhea are common following surgery. Postcholecystectomy syndrome (after gallbladder removal syndrome) may include all of the above symptoms plus indigestion, nausea, vomiting and constant pain in the upper right abdomen. Sound familiar? You're right -- gallbladder attack symptoms. Up to 40% of people who undergo gallbladder surgery will experience these symptoms for months or years after surgery.

Not enough information to provide a useful diagnosis.
When was your last period?
How long have you had the pain?

It could be anything......if it is still painful this a.m, then get to see a medic so that he can "put a hand " on you stomach.
