If I eat something that I suspect causes my ezcema to flareup,how long should it take for this to show up? Hours...days?

No one seems to be answering....Sorry I have no human experience of this but with my dog, it seems to take 6 to 12 hours to show and around 72 hours to subside but i treat it with a steroid spray.

Depends upon the type of hypersensitivity. but i agree with woofy and her dog.......hours....rather than days.

depends on the severity of the food, up to 24 hours but if nothing happens after that the food item is OK
