I have a few friends who tell me this diet is really good and effective. I just wanted the honest opinions of anyone who has actually tried this. Did it work for you guys?

I've never tried it-nor would I want to. Diets that replace meals with shakes or similar never really work, and there is a strong likelihood that most weight will be quickly regained. You are far better off removing processed food from your diet,and limiting white carbs such as rice,pasta,etc. along with sugary foods.

I thought so. I wasn't too sure of it, and a mate of mines keeps saying how fab it is but I wasn't sure. I youtube'd reviews on this to get a bunch of reviews that I'm not sure are 100% official and honest reviews or just promotional videos.

I'd also have concerns about the way the product is marketed - bordering on pyramid selling
