Just a rant to my lovelies here .......

Not a question, just an unburdening really. Hubbie drove 130 miles AGAIN to try and pick up his daughter on friday, and yet again came away without her ( has been 6 months now) and myself and youngest smow have born the brunt of his upset and frustration all weekend, to the point that he was positively vile tonight. I cant even begin to imagine how he is feeling, but it isnt our fault and I have run out of ways to handle this. ok rant over........

I'm guessing there's a bit more to this. Presumably, this is a child from a previous relationship and there are custody issues...?

Oh god, to cut VERY long story short, every time he goes to pick her up(as per court order) ex has some excuse, she is ill, she wont leave her bedroom, she has a friend over....... has beem to court constantly over past 8 years and nothingchanges........ I really feel for him but we are bearing the brunt right now

God tell me about it joe. Funny thing is that he never married her and yet when we got married 4 yrs ago she gpt even worse, even tho she has now married a very wealth man.

Can thE courts not help? At least he does all he can i know thats no help when he obviously wants to see her so much and cant! But some people dont bother with their kids - one day she will know he was turning up for her and her mother was denying access- poor kid. And poor hubby!!! Also you though getting the brunt :0( xx

They were in court just 4 wks ago and judge tore a right strip off her. Said he didnt want to see her again ! Went to pick child up - she is revising! (she is 12!) went again nxt week - she has gone to stay with a friend. We t this week - she doesnt want to see you! Bloody nightmare

Mark, I just dont know what to think anymore. Child has been seen by relevant authoroties on her own and makes up blatant lies which we cannot understand. Attention maybe, but its causing an awful lot of trouble

boxtops - the child will not txt him, speak on fone, accept him on FB, replt to letters....................... but tells CAFCASS she wants to see him??
