You don't need to.............it's normal.

Thanks Sqad. I asked you the other week about creatinine levels - I was asked to go back to doctors to do another blood test, this time they told me my creatinine levels is high at 93 and my urea level is high at 8.5. I said to the nurse- that from what I had read and taken advice on that they were normal - she said it was the hospital that had put a red mark against them because they were high. It must be really critical because I have to go back in 6 months for another test!! I may not bother!
midage....it must be confusing for you. but just be reassured that no medical or surgical pronouncements are going to be made on these results which I think are normal but not the opinion of your GP's surgery.

Thanks Sqad, you really do reassure me always.
They tend to set the diagnostics on the analysers to 'alert mark' in a tighter range to cover their own backs I suspect... It means a borderline result that may need rechecking is more likely to be followed up /i think

Thanks Rowanwitch i think you might be right - as I said to Sqad it can't be that critical if I don't have to go back for 6 months! I just wondered if they wanted to get me on some "pills" to boost their salaries!
