Could a allergic reaction to eating shellfish manifest itself as as intense itching on back, chest, and arms?

If the itching was also associated with a rash, then yes, but if not, then no in my opinion.
Yes certainly. I was talking to a friend recently who is allergic to fish, she goes into anaphylactic shock if she is in contact with fish. http://www.livestrong...eafood-cause-an-itch/

No rash. I suppose it might have been caused by the hair shirt I've started to wear.
