Sorry to be depressing but either learn to love it or get a tummy tuck
I am afraid hc4361 is correct. At least you have lost the weight x
lose weight = lose fat
exercise = tone muscles
stretched skin... there's no answer to that except for surgery. sorry!

seriously, you probably think it's worse than it actually is.
Could be worse - you could be me (4 pregnancies - last one = twins), I am only little (5ft 5) and maybe 8 1/2 or 9 stone (just about hitting a size 10 in jeans) but I am never going to have the flat tummy I had before my children. I have just had to learn to live with it (not that I ever went round showing my stomach in public).

argh i was worried that may be the answer, all the exercise has made the top bit of belly rock hard n then the bottom bit hangs lol, thats me never wearing a bikini again
It's not a good idea to concentrate on one set of muscles, you need a general work out / exercise.

I have has physio for a back problem I had since pregnancy. The physio said my abdominal muscles have 'gone on holiday and not returned'!! So I know how you are feeling.
She told me to imagine that I had a balloon tied to my head, pulling me up. This causes the rib cage to lift and your tummy to pull in. Also when in this position, pull your tummy in a further quarter of an inch - all the time, when you're walking and everything.
I have been doing this just over a week noiw and already I can tell my abdominal muscles are feeling a bit tighter.
Good luck!
