is it possible to ovulate from both ovarys in one cycle?.... i had a positive on an ovulation test yesterday along with a dull ache on my left which i sometimes get when i ovulate but today i have a stitch like pain on my right which i sometimes get when ovulating too ...

i had an hsg test done 2 weeks ago and wondering if that is why

lol thats true...was just a thought as i only normally get the pain once on one side and dont always have any pain every month.... maybe im the rare case lol... thanks
Think about non-identical twins. The mother must have produced two eggs at the same time. Most probably one from each ovary. So it is not at all uncommon.
