Avon sold some white fitness flip flops with toeposts which were supposed to exercise your legs and bottom. They cost around £15. Don't know if they still stock them. My hairdresser wore them quite a lot and said they kept her trim.

I've got two pairs of Fitflop sandals and two pairs of their trainers, but i want some slippers now. So comfy !
