Coffee Grinds? This may be a stupid question, but what do I do with them?

John Lewis sell slimming pants called "scala" that are supposed to work wonders for cellulite!
Avon sold won which got rave reviews (sorry cannot remember the name). I looked into it and it said you were to massage in well twice a day. Someone has told me though, and it makes sense to me - if you were to rub any kind of moisturiser into your legs twice a day every day you would most certainly improve the appearance of any cellulite. I am not troubled by cellulite (this will be famous last words) but do drink plenty water, exercise and do moisturise my legs at least once a day, with no particular cream. Hopefully it is just I am doing all the right things.
Cellulite is the bain of my life!

If you find a magical cure let me know!
It isn't really the cream that improves the appearance of cellulite,it is more the action of massaging the area regularly-it helps the circulation.
Must start body brushing again. Such a pain to have to do though!
i agree with daffy - does not have to be for too long just fit in a few moments each day!
I'm deffo going to do that. Mine is bad for 21 year old IMO :-(
