Do barbershops cater for women?

Ok - maybe a daft question, but I am only looking for a cheap, quick trim to shoulder-length hair.

Does anyone know if barbers generally accept female customers?

They will give quick trims to men with shoulder length hair so I don't see why not.

you could try your local beauty college, the one here has a salon where you can book and have a student ( being watched over ) for a very reasonable price, or most hairdressers will have a models evening where their trainee will be supervised while cutting, again for a much reduced price

My hubby is a barber, and he doesn't! He says women are too fussy ;-) x
