I am at home today-so I had a small tin of mackarel,some cherry tomatoes and half a punnet of strawberries.........not all in the same mouthful tho...gack!!

Hi Jayne, I have been verygood lately and have been bringing in home made sarnies.

Today was left over roast chicken (credit crunch is biting here), extra light mayo and cucumber with a sprinkling of black pepper.

I have just devoured it in 2 mouthfuls and now about to attack my golf ball sized apple.

Just dragged myself in and out of work to do an important letter then stopped and got a yummy vienna roll with turkey and coleslaw on the way back to cuddle up on sofa to shift annoying cold.
