Well im off for roast beef and all the bits followed by a nice pint . then home to watch tv and chill out what you up to this affy gimps?

The closer i get to my enemy the more i understand them.

Been out for a pub lunch. I'm quite pleased with myself! I'm watching what I'm eating, normally have the works but my clothes were getting tight. Anyway, I had soup of the day with a baguette, white wine & soda & finished off with an Irish coffee for sweet! Not too naughty! xxx

I had Subway for lunch as was in town shopping and Starbuck supping and going out for dinner later so wanted to keep it light.

Have done the weekly shop and cleaned the hamster out.

Washing is on and my feet are now up with a nice cup of coffee for a bit.
