i want to lighten my hair fom dark to light gentlly

i have always used bleach and amonia based
bleaches to lighten my hair and guess what it is horribly frizzy and dry and has even broken off in places at the back.......

i am now also going grey/white (which i like actually) but i have not done anything to it for ages and i have great amount of really dark hair regrowing and i feel really dull

the new hair feels lovely and siliky but i hate the dark colour

i want to avoid bleaches again but want
really light blonde hair ...how can i do this?????
