used tea bags in the fridge and pop them on next morning. I have heard that pile ointment works for dark circles but not sure if this works. You may also find that tapping with your fingers gently across the cheekbones helps your lymph drainage (eugh)
Hi 22 :o)

You could try cold tea bags on your eyes or cucumbers.

There are those eye packs you can get too (bodyshop, Boots, Superdrug etc..) that you put in the fridge so they are cold when you put them on your eyes.

Try to make sure you drink plenty of water everyday, it is suppose to help dark rings and bags under the eyes which being dehydrated can cause.

Also try to get at least 8 hours (I think it is) sleep if you can.

Hope this helps :o)
I was told dark circles are hereditary, nothing to do with lack of sleep.
could also be dietary
They can be hereditary or due to lack of sleep or bad vitamins.

Pile cream is not recommended for dark circles - only for puffy bags under your eyes.

As others say, try getting enough sleep, plenty of exercise in the fresh air and 5 or more portions of fruit and veg, and maybe take a multi vitamin too.

Also, while you are sleeping, try putting another pillow under your head to raise your head up a bit more and aid drainage of fluid from this area

For brilliant permanent results, surgery is the answer. Layers of fat are removed from under the eyes and then the skin is pulled back and stitched up. A friend of mine had it done, and the difference was amazing. Even close up, you couldn't notice that she'd had anything done, and it took ten year's off her.
