i bought the crest white strips as suggested and they worked a treat, and a hell of a lot cheaper than going to the dentist!

excellent - and youve had no sensitivty or anything?
Whitening tooth paste?
ive got to admit that for a day or two they were a bit sensitive to cold stuff, but that has all gone now. this kit insnt going to get them as white as if you had them bleached at the dentist but all the stains have gone and they are much brighter and whiter. im very happy and would definately recommend them.
Also, what toothbrush are you using? I love our Sonicare toothbrushes and you will notice a difference. :-)
