I heard somewhere that you can take some supplement and it will make your hair grow faster. Does anyone know if there is any truth in this? Ta!

I reckon this is completely untrue. If hair can keep growing after you're dead (which it can) then I don't think a supplement will have any effect on rate of growth.
I wish it was true!
The supplement is Kelp (seaweed), but I don't know if it works.
there are vitamins that are good for your hair, and if your hair is in good condition you can get the maximum amount of hair growth out of it. hair grows at an adverage of 1/2 inch a month, if it is in goon condition, sometimes more, somtimes less. Any yellow fruit or vegetable has whatever it is that helps hair growth. so basically, eat bananas.
