black at side of nose by eye and bags under eyes help

Hi I wondered if any one can help me. My eyes are alwas looking black in the corners by my nose and underneath. I also have bags under my eyes. Is there something I can use each day to combat it and make it lighter or is it just the case of concealers. many thanks

Again, this is only a short term fix but Lemon Aid by Benefit is the best thing! x

Also by benefit ...Their "industrial strength concealer" called Boing is good, especially applied with a brush, under foundation.
If your puffiness and dark circles are a recent phenomenon, then it could indicate that you are anaemic, or possibly your kidneys are not functioning to their full capacity, or both!
It really would be worth a trip to the docs if this is the case, for blood tests.
