Hi I have a bedroom sized about 4metres x 6m (rough guess). I'm cosyfying it, and I'd like to hang a thin material from the four corners of the room into the center (where there is a hanging light).

I am more a technical person and not good with... stuff. So I'd like to know how to hang like saari/longhi materal from the ceiling, with a few specifics;

1) What material should I use, how much should it cost?
2) How do I fix it to the wall, and in the middle with the light going through it?
3) Just... how do I do it? :)

Thanks in advance.

Just go to a material shop and look at a few of the samples, take a swatch of the paint colour you have on your walls if possible, and try fixing it with drawing pins. It really depends what your ceiling is made of. If it's plaster, not a lot will hold unless the material is very very light.

Hope this helps. It sounds like it will look really nice! Amy.x
and obviously keep it away from the light bulb!
