Do you have manicured/pedicured painted finger and toenails, get waxed, spray tanned, go to beauticians, buy expensive beauty or hair products?

Covers beauty, hair, clothes, all that kind of thing.

What will you not leave the house without and what is your must have product?

I am totally unglam - occasionally nick a new hair tie off the girls. I don't actually own any make up and I have never worn foundation or had a beauty treatment.

As a 60yo single male (with no fashion sense whatsoever) my answer has to be 'No' but there's part of me that actually wishes I could shout 'Yes'!
;-)
No :-(. My work/children/animals don't require glamorous. I do always wear mascara though, as I'm naturally blonde and it looks quite obvious if I'm not wearing it. Will wear eyeliner and lipstick and dress up on the rare occasions i go out. But otherwise live in jeans.
No, my 94 yr old mother despairs of me.
I always blowdry my hair every day, put on makeup and clean clothes. I will not leave the house unless I have my hair done and makeup on. Must have is volume hair spray. I do my own nails, but I go to the hairdresser usually every four/six weeks for colour and trim. Can't afford beauticians or manicures or waxing. I buy reasonably priced hair products and makeup. Clothes usually M&S (bit dreary at the mo). Not as glam as I used to be.
just painted my toe nails, and gelled my fingernails (I have a home kit). I don't do fake tanning, but I wear make-u every day so I don't scare anyone.

I dye my hair myself, and cut it myself. I want botox, and soon!

I'm in a bit of an "unglam" phase, more comfort wear that is practical, can't do heels or too fiddly things etc...

I do love pampering, used to go for facials and massages, have my eyebrows waxed and sometimes an eyelash tint when I earned a lot more than I do now. More functional now, waxing when I'm too stiff to shave my legs or in an attempt to go swimming, massages of a more medicinal nature...

I don't buy expensive stuff, more of a baby lotion kind of girl, get my cosmetic wipes from Savers... I do love Garnier BB cream at the moment. I do have an ongoing frustration with products for my hair though :)

Been on the sunbed a couple of times years ago but never had a fake tan, I prefer the naturally pale look :) Used to dye my hair a lot but too much faff nowadays.
I buy expensive shampoo, get a decent haircut and use expensive moisturisers but no makeup, no tan, no hair colour or nail lacquer

Infact, nope to all you've mentioned and probably many many more.

And there's not alot id be bothered about leaving the house and not doing, apart from getting dressed and that's only because it'd scare the natives.
I don't wear make up at all unless i'm going out of the house (which rarely happens these days), being housebound also means sometimes I don't bother getting dressed at all.

I do shave all the relevant areas, wear perfume and deodorant and shower daily.

I have decided that this winter I am going to start attempting to dress in a more feminine manner, I have purchased some skirts, dresses, tights and knee high boots and am going to banish my jeans to the back of the wardrobe for a while. :)

Ahhh Chris, do it :D

I have pedicures every now and again, more functional again as I have issues bending but I do get some pretty toenails and nice pampered feet out of it too :)

I get a manicure occasionally though more if my cuticles need sorting out. The polishes they use tend to last really well too.
Though I always wear make up when leaving the house I'm a no go for artificial tan, getting waxed and being dolled up!
I do now put on clear varnish and file nails and am smart in a classical way usually but I do feel best in a pair of Levis.
I visit a hairdresser every 2 - 3 months bit dye my hair every month at home.
Never leave the house without my key
I must add Eve, this is VERY interesting thread. nice to see how other ABers go about their daily lives....
This is going to be one of those threads that im gonna wish I hadn't answered isn't it? It just drives home what a complete slattern I am, a disgrace to womanhood :-(
You and me both Boo (I have never even plucked my eyebrows).
At the moment I have bags under my eyes, my hair need cutting and I need the dentist. There are more important things to deal with right now. I am not complaining just trying to deal with my lot.
oh now, I actually do that!

Only because if i don't they're in danger of taking over my face.

Oh I feel redeemed now, ta Sherr!

I won't leave the house unless I've showered and washed and dried my hair. I think getting up for work as early as I don't doesn't help my motivation to glam up, at the bus stop before 6am for two buses each way.

I'm always a bit in awe of my friend who just looks so lovely all the time, dresses/skirts and heels, perfect hair and all that. Nothing over the top, just very classy. I must look like a right scruff in comparison :)
I never leave the house without lipstick, my friend always has mascara on, even in bed !
