harry potter first edition?

hi
i have just aquired a harry potter and the prisoner of azkanan hard back copy is it a first edition? the ISBN goes 0747545111 and there is another numbr at the bottom of the page that goes 10 9 8 7 6 5
This next bit is unusual as it says copyright joanne rowling not the usual J K rowling.
it was printed by clays ltd.
just wondering it its rare or not, feedback would be appreciated.

No. It is a 4th run (hence your sequence ending at 5).............
I think, whether it's a fourth edition or a first, by the time Azkaban was published she was pretty much a household name and the book would have been first produced in hundreds of thousands, if not millions. Therefore not exactly rare or particularly valuable.
This is a strange one. The first edition printing was quickly stopped when it was realised that the author's name should have been printed as J K Rowling and not as Joanne Rowling. It may be worth contacting the publisher. Have a look here...
