anybody remember a christmas film where some children have to find their way to the top of a department store to find santa? i'm sure there was a witch in their somewhere, and a railway! I saw it in the late 70s, but not sure when it was released...?!

We bought our DVD off Ebay.
A group of rejected toys are lead by Tommy Steele to the top of a department store to see Santa as he is the only one who can save the toys..... or something.
