Anyone know of what books by Johannes Lepsius are available in English?

You might be out of luck.
The British Library should have a copy of every book ever published in this country. A search of their catalogue for 'Johannes Lepsius' brings up 27 hits but 26 of them are in German. The only English title is 'Armenia and Europe: an indictment". (Edited by J R Harris, Hodder & Stoughton, London, 1897).
Unfortunately, the usual sources (Abebooks, Amazon, Alibris, Biblion, Half.com, etc) all draw a blank when searching for that title. (Searching for 'Johannes Lepsius' also fails to bring up any further titles, which suggests that the British Library records are correct in that no other English edition exists).
