Nietzche quotation

I have seen a quotation from Nietzche about the need for support for the arts and that if this support is not forthcoming then the arts wiil crumble. Does anybody know the exact quotation and which publication it came from?

Have a look on www.pitt.edu/~wbcurry/nietzsche.html. It is an English website which might help. You should be careful with the spelling though. It is "NIETZSCHE"
