simple start black and decker car charging

There is easy, but how do you charge the starter, i have put it on what i tought was charging it, i done this for 15 hours but when i went to charge my car it did not charge, please tell me what i am doing wrong.

Well you've just answered your own question, Black & Decker are not the best when it comes to chargers. Buy a proper car battery charger and connect it straight on the battery and leave it for at least 24 hours to give the battery a good charge....
I dont know much about your problem
was your car ignition on the first position so that you could work your cigarette lighter plug most cars nowadays need the ignition on to first point for the plug to work hope that helps
What sort of charger is it, one of them is not suitable for cars with an engine over 2.0l and won't work on any Diesel.
I think you will find that these are for when your battery fails and you need to jump start it safely. You can get a prpper car battery charger but if your battery is still dead you will have to get a new one anyway.
