I agree, thought it was amazing and extremely clever. Wanted to reread it as soon as I finished it because it felt like you were seeing it from another perspective. Don't know if she has written anything else. Shall google it.
Agree, great book. Her website is 'under construction', but the FAQ's work, so that will give you some info.

Yes she has .I tried to paste a link but failed. Just google her name and there are a few sites. It also says a film is to be released in 2008. Who would you cast in the roles? It's a while since I read it? Is Kevin Bacon too old ?and Jennifer Garner. I can only think of older actors!
It was a while ago when I read it but I enjoyed it too taliesin. The part that I found a bit strange though was when she had the rumpy pumpy with the other guy near the end (can't remember his name). It just didn't seem to make much sense to me. What do you think?
This link might help re her other work:

it is being made into a film, details here: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0452694/
I just hope it does justice to the book.
best book I've read this year.Cried at the end really sad. x
Mr Spudqueen got this for me as a wedding anniversary present a couple of years ago. I thought it was an excellent book and lent it to a friend who does a LOT of reading. She promptly declared it her favourite ever book! Will be interesting to see a film of it.
I read it a while ago now and thought it was amazing and very clever. It wasn't a book that I would have chosen to read but a friend lent it to me and I'm really glad she did.
I agree with you all. This is one of my favourite books and am always lending it to my friends to read. I didnt know they were making a film so thanks for the heads up guys!
Audrey Niffeneger has done a couple of other books but they are 'illustrated novels'. I bought one called the 3 incestuous sisters thinking that it was a book like the time travellers wife but alas no. it is a series of illustrations to go along with a few words of a story. If you can borrow a copy then is good to look at the pictures etc but in my opinion not to buy. She also did another book called The Adventuress but unsure what tyoe it is.

OMG ITs gonna be made into a film? Awesome!! I certainly only hope it will do the book justice!! I can imagine maybe John Cusack, Joaquin Pheonix, Tom Hanks, Robert Patrick, James Purefoy, nicholas Cage??????? I dont know but it is exciting!!!

thanks everyone!!!!!!
Jennifer Garner and James Purefoy! I hadn't really thought about who I'd want to be in the film, but these two would really nail it.
I agree it was amazing, i would recomend it to all on here
This book was one of the best I have read in a very long time, I look forward to the film, I have just read that these are the actors cast, ERIC BANA and RACHEL McADAMS.
I had read somewhere that Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston had the film rights to the book and that they had planned to cast themselves as the leads, their company would be directing it I think, but then they split and the project was then on hold. I think Brad would be fine in this film, but not so much Jennifer, it will be interesting to see how they do it, and how well it all turns out - a potential blockbuster! I look forward to it
I know that she has a new book coming out called 'Her Fearul Symmetry' but I don't know when it's due out. If you liked the book, you might also like 'What I loved' by Siri Hustvedt. It's a beautiful text about love, life and friendship that I think has a lot in common with Time Traveller.
Try it and see!
