What about 'vicaress' or 'clergywoman'?

I'm looking for a word which sometimes has a humorous connotation and is related to prose from let's say Chaucer's or Boccaccio's times.

Yes but how often would you hear Vicaress or indeed Parsoness ?

A female vicar is a vicar.
Clergywoman would probably be most commonly recognised.
