a toasted muffin with butter, not exactly mind blowing, but it will keep the hunger pangs at bay till lunch time

Wheaten toast, scrambled egg ham and cheese
I've had 2 slices of bread, a slightly over ripe banana, coffee, and 2 cigarettes.
Prunes and yogurt with a couple of teaspoons of muesli, and a cup of black coffee.

Always have cheese on toast at weekends and there is always a piece left over with my lovely dog's name on it! I also have a handful of grapes too, must be seen to be healthy!

Prudie I like hot X buns with cheese, similarly Xmas cake with cheese and grapes
Maybe last nights chicken in honey and chilli sauce with fried rice and a few chips.
