Good morning everyone! I hope you all are doing well.
I need your little help in English. One person contacted us on our company's Facebook and he needs information about our products and serviced and he left his number. I want to reply to him that I have forwarded your number to the relevant department they will contact you soon.
What is the polite way to say?

1: Good Day (name) We have forwarded your number to our concern department they will get back to you soon.

2: Hello (name) We have forwarded your number to our relevant department, they will contact you shortly.

Which one is good. need your suggestions.

Thank you in advance.

Good morning, (name),

Thank you for your enquiry.

I have passed your number to the relevant department, and they will contact you as soon as possible.

Best wishes/Regards

(Your name)

I just wondered why your department was so concerned.
if you are going to use "concern" then the correct construction is "concerned" and the sentence would be "I have forwarded your xxxxx to the department concerned"

Can I suggest that a better phrase would be "I have forwarded your query and contact details" and to actually name the department you have forwarded them to? This should make the customer feel more fully informed and confident in the company.
