Hi, hope you are all having a nice Sunday.

I'm on the look out for some good new thrillers if anyone has any recommendations.

Have recently read The Girl on the Train, I Let You Go, In a Dark Dark Wood, Behind Closed Doors, Burnt Paper Sky and others.

Any recommendations welcome, don't have to be new ones out.

From previous threads it sounds like there are a few of us who read similar books so hopefully it will also give some suggestions for others too :)

You've had lots of suggestions eve but I just thought I'd say I've read all of Rachel Abbots books that pasta recommended and they are brilliant :)

Read them in order thought as the characters stories run through them
Though not thought
I have enjoyed 2 spy thrillers by Charles Cumming. A Foreign Country (which won Golden Dagger(?) award) & A Colder War - both with the same hero, Thomas Kell. He has recently released a third in the series, A Divided Spy, which I saw had got onto The Sunday Times best-seller list a couple of weeks ago.
Have you tried Raven Black by Ann Cleves
Eve, thanks for this post, I'll be looking at some of these.
The Ann Cleeve books are very good, she wrote Shetland and Vera

Hi Eve, checkout these new novels.
The Woman in Cabin 10 by Ruth Ware
The Secret we're Keeping by Rebecca Done

They both have been given good reviews.
Have you heard of Douglas Kennedy? I love his books and would recommend 'The Big Picture' and 'The Pursuit of Happiness' Both exellent reads. I love a good thriller.
Craig Russell has a couple of very good series of crime novels, our favourites are the Fabel books set in Hamburg, the first is Blood Eagle, very gory. There are about 5 or 6 in the series, there is also a series of Lennox books, set in Glasgow.
