if our company is called codestone, in talking about the company would it be better to say


"Codestone provide ICT solutions"
or
Codestone provides ICT solutions"?

As a writer, often producing company brochures, publicity etc, I come across this issue all the time! I think the best option is to treat the company as a singular entity (so: Codestone provides...). The main thing is to be consistent throughout any text and not switch from one to another.

It gets trickier when the company name ends in an S - because the singular then just sounds 'wrong'.
