I first read this book ages ago and have just finished it again. Has anyone else read it? Did they laugh out loud and scratch their head in confusion in equal measure?

I've never met anyone else who has read this and would love others' opinions

Question Author

I read this on recomendation of a friend don remembre who wrote it. There is another in the series I dont remmeber the title but there is a guy with a bucket on his head set on world domination and there is a problem with rampent cartoon charaters.
Sorry didn't answer the question. Found both funny and very surreal
The book Hamish mentions is Danny Yates must die, by Stephen Walker. Sounds intriguing. I can find no mention of Simon Barnes on the Fantastic Fiction web site i agree with you nfn something weird is going on.
