Forgotten the author and title !

Can you name the book for me please. The story - middle aged woman with grown up children and grandchildren- she has a fling and becomes pregnant. She decides she wants the child and tells members of her family eventually- she stays with two aunts at one point and one of them dies. All her grown up children want to organise her life and each wants her unborn child for their own for their own individual reasons.It is a very funny book.

I think the film version was called 'And baby makes six' not sure about the book.
