my discovery is due for 1st mot this week. i bought it last september, dealer said it wasnt due a service at that time, i checked the miles 19k service due at 24k so i was ok with that. its just recently turned 24k so waited for mot to have service. i dont have lot of confidence in main dealers round here due to previous experience but is it too new (and valuable) to do otherwise???? i have spoken with dealer to find out cost but....when checking service history it should have had a service last year but due to low mileage (i guess) it was missed. the dealership tells me its due a 36k service at 3 years old but in fact its missed completely the 24k service. they only do things according to the book and wont listen when i try to explain this. what would you do?
