PLEEEEEEEEEEASE...is there anyone out there who has a copy or knows where I could purchase a copy of the above book - at a reasonable price. Not around the �100-�300 that's appearing on the likes of Amazon etc!!!

I would be will to pay costs involved (book and postage) even just to read it.

Here's hoping someone can help...
