I've been up a while, using me big 'ammer as you say. What it was I have no idea, so I think it was external. Annoying, but nowt to be done...by me anyway.

It's dry outside, but chilly, autumn is lurking with intent methinks.

Emmie have you tried some lavender oil near you at night, very relaxing and I've used it when I'm stressed and can't settle and it seems to calm my brain down....you might find it helps the bad dreams :)

Good point Steff. That's what Vera used to do. It seems to work, so I use it too.

There are lavender filled pillows to use at night but I've found the straight oil is stronger and lasts longer .....helps me no end :)

no i haven't but i might just do that. I remember some of the dreams and they are simply weird. I am sure it's what wakes me up.

Good morning all. Went to the 134th floor of the Burj Khalifa yesterday. Never understood the fascination with tall buildings but it was er ... fascinating. Weather is surprisingly bearable.

Morning arrods. As often as not it's because they can't build outwards, so build upwards. New York is the classic example.

i hate what they have done to the capital, more tall buildings than i ever remember, perhaps it's progress but i still don't like them.
