Does anyone know of a classy banquet facility that allows one to provide their own caterer in the West LA, Nortridge, Encino area?

I'm sorry that this doesn't answer your question but I feel that someone should point out that the Answerbank is a UK-based website. You won't find many people around here with knowledge of LA banqueting facilities.

You're more likely to get a useful response on a US-based site, such as one of these:
