I don't know how many words we can type in a PM in Sportsbank, but we don't seem to be able to write much at all. Is there any possibility of giving us more space?

Hi Naomi :D
500 words tis all.... so no extending lol xxx
It is actually quite annoying as you only find that out when you try to send, so then you edit it down, and down, and down and are then left with an incoherent message (well some say I start with that anyway). I think the trick is rather than to reply it is to start a new PM. The other annoying thing though is that when you do actually reply to a PM, the message disappears from the page, so me being me (millions of PM friends dontyouknow), forgets what was in the message that you were replying to.
Starting a new one is always easier if you've been a bit wordy in your replies.
perhaps replies could include only the previous message, not the whole thread? Easier to send a whole new message each time, as CD says, but slightly defeats the object of having a conversation

Thanks for your answers. Yes, I'd like the sender's message to be shown - I'm halfway through replying and I forget what's been said too.
..... and Naomi was just about to tell me Saturdays' Lotto numbers, and ran out of space!
What rot!

No chance, Theland. I'm keeping them to myself - but the drinks will be on me! What are you having?

Eureka! I copied a sender's message and pasted it into a Word document before I replied. That way I was able to flick back and forth to check what was said. Another problem solved, Watson, old chap!
