Does anyone know what happens to bankruptcy stock from retailers or any End Of Line items, that can be purchased in bulk, cheaply.

If you buy "The Trader" magazine (available of bigger W H Smith) you will find dozen of firms - who sell these. Best take your time to go through the web-sites and get a good idea of the sort of quantities and grades they each deal in because it varies a lot.
