Could have an option in the profile were we can ignore a particular user. that means it would display a small icon next to any threads that the user chosen to be ignored had posted in and questions posted by that user chosen to be ignored would also be marked or maybe not appear.
Good idea? you could ignore a user if you felt threatened by them to save changing your username.

I don't see how you can feel threatened by words on a screen posted by somebody you don't know and who doesn't know you.

It would be a shame to miss some great threads just because one person has posted on it.

Don't let total strangers get to you.
No you can't, this is Answerbank, not some sort of all frills messageboard with complicated profiles and involved rubbish like that. It's British. Mind you, PMs would be good.

Ethel - Some people do feel threatened.

Whiffey - They might as well put it on SAB because thats a load of crap anyway.
What sort of idiot could feel threatened by a message board/answer site?
Don't see how you could feel threatened by an anonymous person who has no knowledge of where you even live!

Not a good idea in my opinion
I know where you live!
