yes i know but somtimes it onlys says report this answer then how do you get to rate the answer then ?[soss jno i meant rate answer not question just a bit dippy somtimes]

you can only rate answers to questions YOU have asked, you cannot rate an answer given to somebody elses question, but you could report it if it was offensive
